In a chat session undertaken by her husband and actor Ranveer Singh on his Instagram page, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone’s mischievous comment briefly threw “star couple” fans into a tizzy, with many of them speculating if the actress is pregnant.
“Hi Daddie,” Deepika wrote after joining the Insta live session of Ranveer. With a waving emoji, a baby emoji, and heart emoji, she published the comment.
Ranveer Singh responded,“Hi Baby”. When actor Arjun Kapoor wrote: “Baba Bhabi is gonna give you one,” things became more interesting.
Many interpreted Kapoor’s comment as a proof that Padukone and Singh were on their way to becoming parents.
The live session on the Instagram page of Ranveer Singh is no longer visible.
Last year, in a private ceremony in Italy, Padukone and Singh tied the knot.
In an interview to an international news portal, the actress discussed motherhood earlier this year. “It will happen when it has to happen. Motherhood trumps being married. That’s what I hear from people who have had children. Of course, it will happen at some point,” she had said.
