In a live broadcast, at the Saban Media Center in Los Angeles, California, presenters D’Arcy Carden (The Good Place) and Ken Jeong (Crazy Rich Asians) announced the nominations for the 71st Wolf Theater Primetime Emmy Awards.
There have been a few surprise nominations, including most of the cast being nominated from HBO’s Barry. Some snubs also surprised fans: in the Outstanding Comedy Series category, neither Modern Family nor The Big Bang Theory was nominated. HBO leads for networks with a total of 137 nominations, Netflix has 117, and Amazon has 47.
