The young talented Little Mix girls Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jade Thirlwall are busy with their promos. They were recently seen leaving the Kiss FM studios before stopping for lunch by The Ivy in Soho.
After some problems with their label for their last album, the group moved from Sony’s Syco to RCA Records. The girls spent no time getting on with it and reaffirming their position as the UK’s top girl band.
Little Mix is ready to release their brand new song “Bounce Back”, which they have been teasing for a few weeks. They have recently shared more photos from the music video of the song.
It’s a smart sample instead of a lazy re-tread, mixing contemporary trap-pop with hip-hop scratching and horns from the 90s. The song was produced by pop hitmakers Stargate, who have produced music for the huge names including the likes of Rihanna, Beyonce, and Katy Perry.
The verses are in full-feeling Little Mix mode. It’s basically two minutes and forty seconds of hooks packed together; and while it’s not precisely breaking fresh ground for Little Mix, there’s an air of renewed trust over the whole thing that makes it feel fresh and unquestionably enjoyable.
Bounce Back will be out on upcoming Friday, 14th of June, 2019. The music video will likely drop the same day, however, there’s no confirmation about that yet.
