DIG Traffic Karachi Javed Ali Mahar has directed the concerned officials to restrict the entry of autorickshaws and taxis on Tariq road from 15th of Ramadan (21 May 2019), ahead of massive traffic flow for Eid shopping.
Representatives of the traders of the market also attended the meeting with DIG-Traffic to discuss their concerns. SSP-traffic has been directed to resolve traders’ concerns for parking and smooth traffic flow.
The tough decision has been made to avoid unnecessary traffic jams, so that the masses visiting one of the busiest markets in Karachi may not face any trouble.
