The Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) was established under the Sindh Education Foundation Act, 1992 as a semi-autonomous organization, With a mandate to support education in the province through multifarious interventions.
Since its inception, the foundation has made serious efforts to increase access to quality education for the students across Sindh especially those in the remote and underdeveloped regions of the province.
#1 Deputy Director – Procurement
Location: Karachi

Qualification and Experience: The candidate must possess a Masters degree at Least in 2nd division or equivalent in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration
{Finance) from a recognized university. With minimum 5-7 years Of experience Of procurement in the public sector. Candidate must be well versed with SPPRA rules and World Bank Præurement rules Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are expected. Functional knowledge Of ERP and procurement/ supply chain-related software Will be an advantage.
#2 Deputy Director – Legal

Qualification and Experience: The candidate must be a CA Finalist (articles completed from a reputed firm) ACCA ACMA. Candidates having CIA qualification may be given preference. Have a minimum 5 to 7 years of experience of InternalAudit in a public or a recognized private organization. Comprehensive knowledge of Government financial rules, regulations, procedures, internal controls, auditing, corporate governance regulations of the public entity, preparation and presentation of audit reports to the Board Of Directors and Departmental Accounts Committees (DAC) & Public Accounts Committees (PAC). Must have sound knowledge of international standards on auditing, methods, and procedures.
#4 Assistant Director – Adolescent and Adult Learning and Training Program (AALTP)
