As the home series against Sri Lanka is just around the corner, the cricket fans in Karachi and Lahore are desperately lining up to grab their tickets to enter the stadium to witness the historic moments.
The Sri Lankan cricket team is scheduled to play three ODIs in Karachi on September 27, 29 and October 2 while three T20Is in Lahore on October 5, 7 and 9.
The cricketers, who will be participating in the series, are as usual facing high demands for tickets from their family, relatives, and friends. But, the cricketers are keen to make the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)’s event successful and asked the cricket fans to buy their own tickets.
Mohammad Amir requested his close ones to not ask for the tickets as PCB doesn’t provide them bundles of it. “It is too hard to deal with people asking for tickets. They think that we have thousands of tickets but to be honest we don’t get much,” the left-arm pacer said.
Skipper Sarfraz Ahmed asked people to go and buy the tickets as they are on sale. “It is hard to adjust everyone. I would like to request people that please go and buy your tickets,” he said.
Moreover, Fakhar Zaman is thinking to request PCB for few more tickets to entertain more close friends and family members. “There is a high demand for tickets. I am thinking to request PCB for more tickets,” the left-handed opener revealed.
