Masala Corn is a very good and fast snack that can be prepared in just a few minutes. Most kids love sweet corn so you can experiment by making this for your kids when they are back from school. You can reduce the spice level according to your liking and preference.
Cup Corn Recipe

Cooking Time: 15 mins
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- Sweet Corn – 1 cup
- Pepper powder – a pinch
- Salt – to taste
- Chat Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Zeera Powder – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Separate corn kernels from the cob. Boil the kernels in a pan. Boil for 10 minutes until the corn turns soft then drain the water. If you are pressure cooking then pressure cook for 4 whistles till corn turns soft. You can microwave it too.
- Then add all the ingredients mentioned together with the corn in a mixing bowl and mix well. Give a quick stir and serve. While serving sprinkle little red chili powder and chat masala powder and serve hot.
Serve it hot/warm. You can even microwave it before serving.
