The official show of the game Need for Speed Heat is coming on Wednesday, and some leaked images have also disclosed the name – Need for Speed Heat – and what appears to be among the characters of those games. Upon arrival, you can see the full preview through the embedded player.
It appears that the YouTube rollout, closely coordinated, has had a few glitches. As seen by AllGamers, the publicly available backend of YouTube is presently hosting several images that will serve as preview thumbnail images after it goes live. Among these images is a important emblem image that contains NFS: heat consisting on a blue and purple gradient in stylized lettering.
Together with this blurred background, the sexy pink “Heat” offers the whole thing that Miami Vice feels like, but any speculation that the game might be an 80’s throwback will likely be undone by another film.
This image demonstrates a girl in an automobile that looks modern, glaring from a window that is half-rolled down and strongly tilted. She’s a tattooed arm and also what resembles buzzed hair on the sides.
The Need for Speed Heat trailer specification is here officially, and the game itself will be released on November 8. EA has announced that Need for Speed Heat will revolve around the dream of racers-versus-cops, with players competing in legitimate races throughout the afternoon to bring in money than facing in underground contests through the night to build up their street cred.
You can’t tell much else from the screenshots, but you can be pretty sure it won’t have Payback’s automotive slot-machine-style update scheme since it was hated by everyone.
