Another Monsoon Spell is likely to hit Interior Sindh and Karachi

Karachi Rain

A newly born Low-Pressure system in the Bay of Bengal is now getting stronger. A system is likely to move towards Punjab by passing over Sindh and will leave behind another child low-pressure system in Sindh.

The child system will get its moisture from the Arabian Sea and it will continue to gain strength, accompanied by western disturbance. It will likely to cause moderate-intensity spells with isolated thunderstorms in Interior Sindh including Noriabad, Hyderabad, and Karachi.

The new system will give Thunderstorms in the Noriabad sector on Thursday and Friday with a 50 percent chance of moving towards Karachi or bypass the region.

If this upcoming system arrives in Karachi, there will be moderate-intensity downpours with isolated Thunderstorms.

Today on 14th Aug, various parts of Karachi experienced rainfalls.
