A Chinese firm called Timesaco is set to launch on August 10 its Internet Taxi Service in six major Pakistani cities.

The firm has developed an extensive strategy with its Buraq service to attract clients to its newly developed taxi service to make it competitive as two ride-hailing services called Careem and Uber already operate in the Pakistani market.

Timesaco Chief Operating Officer Donald Li said that the firm intends to provide Pakistani people with a fast service platform through its cab service by launching five unique services including taxi service, delivery of orders, heavy cargo delivery, moving ATMs and vehicle advertisement facilities.

In its initial phases, in the six main cities including Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Peshawar, these instant services would be introduced. Also, CEO Donald added, that the firm will extend this service to other metropolitan centers.

Li said the taxi service will give a 10% discount price for a ride to the educational organization, health centers, and marriage halls in the beginning. Li added that for Timesaco services, a Google Play Store application will be accessible to customers in all five main regions of the nation to download and make use of these services.

As for drivers interested in working with Timesaco taxi services, without any precondition, they could register their cars with the business. Buraq taxi drivers will earn 97 percent of their income and the company will get only 2 percent of the driver’s income. The remaining one percent will be used to create the Drivers’ Club to provide the families of drivers with health and education facilities.

CEO Timesaco said the firm is initially investing $20 million with future opportunities of $600 million to launch these five services. Cab services would be delivered in five unique services across different industries including transportation, cargo, advertising, and banking transactions, Li added.

With the launch of another taxi service in Pakistan, people will have three distinct alternatives to choose from when they book a taxi to go somewhere. Most importantly, this service will also improve the country’s citizens’ jobs opportunities.
