Man in Florida “allegedly” attacked his girlfriend for getting McDonalds order wrong

A Florida guy reportedly assaulted his girlfriend with sweet and sour sauce packets after getting angry because she “purchased the wrong food”

According to an arrest report, Jesus Oscar Ferrer Jr., a 30-year-old, was charged with felony battery after assaulting the mother of his child on Sunday night.

In a motel, in Zephyrhills, Fla, news outlet WFLA reported that Pasco County police reacted to a physical altercation call. The report of the arrest observed that the unnamed victim told police that Ferrer was angry after she bought the wrong food products from McDonald’s allegedly.

“The victim advised a verbal argument ensued in which the Defendant began striking them with sweet and sour sauce packets in the head and face area,” Deputy Michael O’Donnell noted in the arrest report.

A fight followed after the woman fought back, allegedly grabbing the beard of the man. That’s when the woman told cops that Ferrer “pinned her to the floor, put his palm on her face, and pressed her head into the ground using his body weight.”

A portion of Ferrer’s beard was reportedly ripped from his face by the victim, at which point he let up. Then the guy escaped the scene. Cops observed marks on the woman’s body were “consistent with her statements”, Newsweek reported.

Ferrer was arrested and charged with felony battery. On Monday, he made his first appearance in court.

The man has not crossed the paths with the law for the first time. Ferrer was charged at another motel earlier this year with a battery involving the same victim. In that case, Ferrer pleaded no contest to the misdemeanor battery charge and was convicted to time served in penalties and court fees plus $750.
