Nintendo just packed its E3 2019 Direct, in which they published an avalanche of interesting news and reveals for upcoming Nintendo Switch games, including Animal Crossing: New Horizons (which is now available for pre-order) and a surprising sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild which is presently under development.
Those attending E3 will get an opportunity to preview some of Nintendo’s upcoming games first-hand, but there is still an enormous Nintendo Eshop sale to take benefit of beginning today for those of us not at the event. The sale has just kicked off, and at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET, it will run through June 18.
The sale of the Nintendo E3 involves markdowns on both first-party Nintendo games and indie titles of up to 50 percent or even more. My Nintendo members on eligible purchases will also receive My Nintendo points.
The Contra franchise gives a comeback this year with a new Nintendo Switch game called Contra: Rogue Corps. Announced during the 2019 briefing of Nintendo’s E3, Rogues is a third-person, title that also features moments that are presented from a top-down and side view. With online or local multiplayer, you can play solo or battle against other people.
The E3 briefing by Nintendo is the final major E3 2019 press conference. The end of the press conferences signals the opening of the E3 show floor later on Tuesday, 11th of June, 2019.
