Salman Khan’s Bharat sets Box Office on fire

Salman Khan owns Eid festivities when it comes to Bollywood. Salman has a perfect Eidi for his fans every year, and 2019 hasn’t been different. The much anticipated Salman’s film Bharat hit the screens on June 5 this year. Ali Abbas Zafar has provided his greatest opener to Salman Khan to date.

This year again, the world witnessed the charisma of the superstar when Bharat opened across 4,700 screens in India and registered an impressive score of Rs. 42.30 crore, the biggest Eid blockbuster by Salman Khan and his highest opening day collection ever.

Bharat appeared stronger at the box office despite hard competition from the much-hyped India vs. South Africa World Cup game. Salman again proved to be a crowd puller, and Bharat’s collection for the first day is evidence of that.

While Salman’s Race 3 did a nice job at the opening weekend, the film did not live up to fans and critics ‘ expectations. But Salman Khan has redeemed himself with Bharat after that disappointment. The three-hour movie also has got a thumbs up from the critics.

Bharat really should do more business before the weekend begins as the audience really enjoys the story of Eid release.

Bharat also topped the list of highest-opening day films this year, with Kalank, Kesari, Gully Boy and Total Dhamaal making up the remainder of the list.

Bharat is produced by the Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd and  T-Series. The movie also features the crucial roles of Disha Patani and Jackie Shroff.

With this year’s release of Bharat on Eid, Salman Khan, who took the country by storm, is now targeting Eid 2020. Producers of ”Inshallah” have disclosed that next year the film will be released on Eid.
